Miss Jill Arrowsmith graduated from the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford in 1990. She trained in plastic surgery in the Trent Region before obtaining her FRCS (Plast) in 2001. After undertaking hand surgery fellowships in Derby and Sheffield, she returned to Derby as a consultant hand surgeon in 2003.

Miss Arrowsmith has a particular interest in micro-vascular work, Dupuytrens disease, tendon salvage, nerve problems and paediatric hand surgery.
