Radiation Protection Mini C Arm course 2017- Online Web Course
A web based course for Surgeons in the use of a Mini C Arm Image Intensifier in compliance with the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulation 2000
In order to work take responsibility for, or carry out practical aspects of an X-ray examination, the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations 2000 (IRMER) require that you are adequately trained.
It is the view of IRMER that, for adequate training, there must be training in the underpinning theoretical knowledge and in practical experience. The purpose of this course is to provide the theoretical knowledge.
